Appraisal Standards Board seeks input on USPAP
The Appraisal Standards Board is asking appraisers to comment on their proposed revisions to USPAP. Potential changes for the 2010-2011 verstion of USPAP include the following subjects: definition of Signature, definition of Jurisdictional Exception, the ETHICS RULE, and the COMPETENCY RULE
